In Loving Remembrance of Violet

Like the early spring flower, beautiful, delicate, and never with us
long enough, HMDD must say goodbye to our dear Violet.
Violet came to us from an animal shelter, weak, thin, and needing
immediate medical care. This sweet, loving girl was courageous
dealing with multiple health problems for some time. We are
saddened by the loss of this gentle soul.
HMDD would like to give a special thank-you to the foster family
that was by Violet's side through it all. They gave this Dobergirl
love, care and dignity, and were there to hold her close, even at
the end.
Dogs like Violet deserve a family to love and care for them in their
final days. If you would like to help HMDD continue to provide for
dogs in need, regardless of age or medical problems, your donation
would be greatly appreciated.

Hand Me Down Dobes is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization staffed by a dedicated group of volunteers committed to saving
homeless Dobermans and placing them into suitable, loving homes. Many have
been abandoned or abused, and need a tremendous amount of care and
rehabilitation. This is made possible through the generosity of private
donations, sponsorships and grants. In addition to monetary donations, Hand
