Hi!  My name is Rosie!!  Wow…I have been busy!  My former human could no longer keep me.  Fortunately, HMDD took me in and I am in a loving foster home.  My former human did love me very much…well maybe a little too much if it’s even possible to love a Dobe too much.  She had a hard time saying “no” to me so I got everything I wanted to eat and I mean everything!!  Let’s just say I was on the chubby side to the tune of 144 pounds.  But guess what?  Remember I said I have been busy?  Well, I have slowly been increasing my activity level and I am learning to eat a proper healthy diet.  Sweet – I looked in the mirror and I was totally amazed!  I have lost 15 pounds already.  My foster mom and dad are really proud of me and they tell me I am a good girl.  I am house trained and I do not need to be crated when they go to work.  I get along great with my foster doggie brothers.  Pretty soon I’ll be able to keep with them.  I am not toy aggressive when we play.  Foster mom says I am the best-behaved Dobe she has ever met!  I am a total sweetheart and I love to be petted.  Hey…I gotta great idea…why don’t you come to the next adoption event ‘cause I’ll be showing off my new girly figure?  You can pet me and see first hand what a loving sweet girl I am!

 Look at me now. I am a slimmer 99lbs and feeling good! I feel like a new dog. Come see me soon. I am ready for my furever home.
