Hey, come over here…I gotta’ introduce you to this lady…her name is “Foster Mom Carole”. (By the way, my name is Cirrus.) This lady is sooo cool!! You should see her kitchen. The cupboards actually have food in them. I have never seen so much food in my life. Guess what?? She actually allows me to eat the food. Nobody ever let me eat food before. Did you see the pictures taken of me just after HMDD rescued me? When I saw my picture on-line I just about had a heart attack!! I didn’t realize just how skinny I was. I was definitely knocking on death’s door. I looked in Foster Mom Carole’s mirror a couple of days ago…to my shock and amazement…I no longer look like a bag of bones!! Talk about a transformation!! I know all my basic commands. If you want some quiet time and want me to take a nap, just tell me so and I will get in my crate. Please don’t get mad at me when you adopt me…I just can’t help it, but I occasionally dumpster dive, (you know the trash thing). Sometimes I will take food and such off the counters or out of the sink. (You never know what might be lickable off the plates!!) I think it is just because in the past, I worried constantly about getting enough to eat. I am finally starting to understand I will never go hungry again. I am a "whistler" (I sound like a tea kettle) when I am frustrated or unhappy. I am meeting some of my buddies this month at the adoption event. Why don’t you mark that day on your calendar? You can come meet me. As long as you promise to feed me, I will be your loyal loving companion for the rest of my life.
